The Party Package
We can’t wait to welcome you!
On arrival, head to our Admissions Desk where our team will check in your party group and show you the allocated party room. The party organiser can enter the party room 15 minutes before your timeslot to decorate.
The team will take the children’s food orders upon arrival and hand into our kitchen team (The party organiser is responsible for stating any allergens)
You can arrive at the farm anytime from 10am on the date of your party, but will only have access to the allocated party room for the timeslot chosen on booking. The birthday party package includes full access to the farm – meet and feed our adorable animals (each child will get a free bag of animal food) explore heaps of outdoor play with bouncing pillows, race friends on the go-kart track or adventure through our indoor play barn.
Please note: The party organiser is responsible for all children attending the party at all times, including when on the farm park.
What’s Included
Play & Explore with full access to The Farm Park.
Here’s everything included:
- A farm themed party room, for up to 18 children.
- Exclusive use of the party room for 1 hour.
- The Birthday Child can bring 2 adults for free.
- Any additional Adults joining the party are charged at £5 each, up to 16 adults.
- Full access to farm park, outdoor play and indoor play.
- Free bag of animal food per party child.
Food & Drink
You are welcome to bring along your own birthday cake, but it must be pre-packaged with a full list of ingredients and allergens. All other food consumed in the party room must be from our Potting Shed Café.
Each child will get a cold lunch box provided by our Potting Shed Café. On arrival, you will choose between a ham, jam or cheese sandwich which is served with mini jammie dodgers & animal adventures.
Jugs of squash will be proved in the party room, alongside carrot & cucumber sticks.
Any additional food can be purchased from our Potting Shed Cafe: this cannot be pre-ordered.
Time Slots Available
The timeslot you choose is the time you have the exclusive use of the party room – you are still welcome to enter the farm on the day from 10am.
- 11am – 12pm
- 12:30pm – 13:30pm
- 2pm – 3pm
- 3:30pm – 4:30pm
Party Pricing
£15.95 per child.
(A minimum of 10 children and maximum of 18 children.)
Birthday Child can bring 2 Adults free of charge. All other adults attending the party can be booked for £5.
(A minimum of 4 adults and maximum of 16 adults)
Please note: Our party room only allows for 36 people.

Notable Information
- The whole party must be paid for at the time of booking, which will be non-refundable.
- If your party cannot go ahead, we will allow a transfer of dates once. (subject to availability). If you cancel your party completely, no money will be refunded.
- Changes to your booking can be made up until 7 days before your party date, by contacting Hannah. (hannah@thrift-farm.co.uk)
- On the day of your party, if you have a reduction of numbers due to unforeseen circumstances, a voucher may be provided to use at Thrift Farm in the future.
- A maximum of 36 people can be booked for a party, due to legal requirements of our party room space.
- No food to be brought into the party room, only a birthday cake. All other food must be purchased from our Potting Shed Cafe.
- Please do not bring your own knife to cut the cake, it will be confiscated.
